A.S Roma Retro Home Shirt 1941/42
The 1941/42 A.S Roma retro home shirt is simple, historic & unreservedly successful. Although the shirt was first introduced in 1936, the club regularly wore this during the 1941/42 season as the club won the league title for the first time.
The title victory was largely thanks to 18 goals from the club's legendary striker Amedeo Amadei that led to him being dubbed 'the 8th King of Rome'.
The 1941/42 shirt is long-sleeved and imperial purple all-over, with the only gold trim appearing on the club's original interweaving club crest.
